Shipping

• We ship our Orthopaedic products via Purolator, Fed Ex, UPS, and Canada Post.
• The majority of our products are shipped next day priority unless specified by the customer.
• Free shipping in Canada on orders $199 or more. Shipping fees apply to International orders upon checkout.
• Orders placed by 12 pm EST Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same day. A tracking number is provided via email and is automated.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched via courier on Monday.
• If a product is out of stock customer will be contacted with an alternate or offered a full refund.
